Why QRNG?
Today's security relies on two types of randomness, both of which have critical flaws.
Pseudo-random generators (PRNGs) are merely algorithms, while so-called "true" random generators (TRNGs) use classical physics.
Here’s why they fall short:
Pseudo-Random Generators(PRNGs) are vulnerable by design. They are algorithms. With enough power, any algorithm can be reverse-engineered and its sequence predicted.
"True" Random Generators(TRNGs) are vulnerable to their environment. These use classical physics (like thermal noise). This is an improvement, but these processes can be influenced, biased, or manipulated by attacks, compromising their randomness.
Quantum Random Generators (QRNGs) are invulnerable by law.
Our QRNGs use quantum physics, a process that is fundamentally and provably unpredictable. Its outcome cannot be influenced, observed, or predicted. It is the only source of randomness that is truly absolute.
